Ron is an accomplished senior professional with extensive and progressive leadership of financial, accounting and operational teams for domestic and international companies over his 40-year career. He is a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and owners and is the voice of the numbers.
Ron spent over 20 years, the last 5 as CFO, at Kathrein USA, part of the global Kathrein Group, providing professional antenna systems for wireless communications, radio and TV broadcasting and public safety applications. He oversaw finance, accounting, IT, legal, customer service, logistics and distribution, purchasing and test and repair operations. Ron was also the main finance and operations liaison with global headquarters in Germany. When Kathrein was bought by Ericsson in 2019, he was responsible for the U.S. transition and integration of finance and operations into Ericsson North America. Earlier in his career Ron had several positions of increasing responsibility with Harry & David as well as a rapid growth footwear company.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, he became a Texas resident in 2015 when Kathrein moved the U.S. business to Dallas-Fort Worth. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cascade College and has CPA licenses in both Oregon and Texas.
