Impact Electronic Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of our new VP and General Manager for Impact ES-Vancouver, Dereck Moore.
Dereck has over 24 years of experience in manufacturing and is currently serving as the Plant Operations Director at EVBox. He has a strong background in leading high-performance teams, driving operational excellence and cost optimization using Lean Manufacturing principles. Dereck has also spent two years in Mexico leading a plant operation, gaining valuable professional and cultural insights that have further shaped his global perspective and leadership style.
He is known for leading strategic initiatives, promoting continuous improvement, employee development, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Dereck is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is proficient in advanced ERP systems. He is recognized for his hands-on approach to streamlining operations and has implemented Lean methodologies to enhance planning and production control systems.
Beyond the professional realm, Dereck is a dedicated family man who enjoys traveling and exploring new adventures with loved ones. As a lifelong Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, his passion for the team's history reflects his loyalty and enthusiasm in all pursuits.
