A True Partnership: Impact ES–Rhode Island Goes The Extra Mile for IlluminOss Medical

By Beto Dantas, President & CEO

At Impact Electronic Solutions, we take pride in building strong partnerships that help our customers achieve their goals. The Impact ES–Rhode Island team recently demonstrated this commitment by delivering exceptional results for IlluminOss Medical, a leader in orthopedic fracture repair and stabilization.

IlluminOss Medical specializes in minimally invasive technology that allows for patient-specific fracture repair. Their proprietary system utilizes a light-curable polymer contained within an expandable balloon catheter, providing a revolutionary method for orthopedic bone stabilization—particularly for patients with osteoporotic or compromised bone.

When IlluminOss faced challenges on a critical project due to an unfavorable third party, our Rhode Island team stepped in to turn things around. Denise Andreozzi, Dave Durfee, Courtney Medeiros, Nicholas Amore, Rassoul Diouf, and Tyler Creighton tackled multiple obstacles head-on, ensuring high-quality results and a seamless resolution. Their responsiveness, problem-solving skills, and unwavering dedication didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them.

"Impact ES–Rhode Island exceeded my expectations, especially given the challenges caused by an unfavorable third party involved in our project. Denise, Dave, Courtney, Nicholas, Rassoul, and Tyler stepped in and resolved numerous issues, turning a difficult situation into a success. The team’s quality of work, responsiveness, and commitment to doing what they say they’ll do were outstanding. I’m incredibly happy with the outcome and look forward to working with the Rhode Island team in the future. I would absolutely recommend them to others. It’s rare to find a group of people so dedicated and capable!"
— Founder & CTO, IlluminOss Medical

For Impact ES–Rhode Island, this project was another opportunity to showcase our expertise and dedication to customer success. We thrive on tackling challenges, providing innovative solutions, and ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of service.

We’re proud to have supported IlluminOss in its mission to bring cutting-edge orthopedic solutions to the market, and we look forward to many more successful collaborations.

A Sweet Showdown & Holiday Cheer at Impact ES–Grants Pass

At Impact ES–Grants Pass the holidays are all about friendly competition, festive feasting, and fantastic prizes. This year, the team brought their A-game to a cookie decorating contest that turned into a sugar-fueled showdown between two master decorators: Katelyn Scheiffer and Louis Loader from First Article.

The challenge? Turn an ordinary cookie into a holiday masterpiece. The final judging was tight. One. Single. Point. separated the two, with Katelyn taking the victory in a photo-finish decision.
